In order to make agriculture sustainable for agricultural commercialization, introduction of good, efficient, environmentally friendly, safe and sustainable production of agricultural activities in order to accelerate the socio-economic development of the country including natural resources.


Department of Agriculture Extension Directorate

Enhancing the knowledge and skills of all the peasants by providing efficient, fruitful, decentralized, localized, demand-based, and integrated agricultural extension services, to ensure the socio-economic development of the country, including ensuring the production of sustainable and profitable crops.
